1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. The service

Zakah Tracker helps users record assets, track Zakah dates, and produce calculation estimates. It is an organisational and informational tool only.

• Results are not financial, legal, religious, tax, or investment advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing your data, verifying calculations, and consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials confidential, and activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Ziina. Pricing, billing periods, and any applicable refund terms are presented on the payment or subscription screen before you complete a purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, harmfully, or in a way that disrupts it.

• Do not attempt to access accounts or systems without authorisation.
• Do not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service or its data.
• Do not use the service to transmit malware or material that infringes another person’s rights.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You give us the permission needed to host and process it to provide the service. The software, designs, branding, and platform content remain the property of Cybrarist or its licensors.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, limit access, or update these Terms. We will post an updated effective date when they change. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that calculations will be error-free or suitable for every circumstance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on or inability to use the service.

9. Governing law and disputes

This version does not specify governing law or a court because Cybrarist does not currently have a fixed headquarters or legal entity. This section will be updated once an appropriate legal home is established.
