1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you use the service and technical information needed to operate it.

• Account information, such as your name, email address, and protected login credentials.
• Asset and Zakah information you enter, including accounts, metals, real estate, and payment records.
• Subscription and payment-status information; Ziina processes its own payment data.
• Usage and diagnostic data, such as IP address, browser type, error logs, and interactions with the site.
• Messages and attachments you send to support.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate your account, perform requested calculations, manage subscriptions, provide support, secure the service, fix errors, and understand and improve product use.

3. Service providers

We use trusted providers to process information on our behalf:

• Ziina for payment and subscription processing.
• Sentry for error and performance monitoring.
• Mailtrap to send account and service-related email.
• Google Analytics to measure website and product usage.
• Netcup to host infrastructure and the service.

4. Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers above, at your direction, or where necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

5. Data retention

We keep account data and content while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request account deletion by emailing privacy@zakahtracker.com.

When you delete your account, we may retain limited Ziina transaction records, such as payment, account, and operation identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, and payment date. We retain these records for accounting, calculating total payments, transaction reconciliation, refunds and disputes, and compliance with legal obligations. We remove the direct link to your Zakah Tracker account and restrict access to retained payment records. Payment-provider identifiers may remain linkable to the transaction by Ziina.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or transfer your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@zakahtracker.com.

7. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand service use. Analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, and we may add suitable consent controls where law requires them.

8. International transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate.

9. Children

The service is not restricted to adults and does not contain adult content. Where law requires a parent or guardian’s consent to process a child’s data, that consent must be obtained before the service is used.
